Materials from the CSEMADOK secretariat makes up a large part of the collection. It includes documents related to the cultural activities of CSEMADOK, incuding events, choirs, folk groups, amateur theatre, club movements, etc. (for example Zoltán Fábry Cultural Days in Moldava nad Bodvou or Kodály Days). These activities and events offered a space for maintaining Hungarian cultural identity. These documents date to the years between 1950 and 1990. The masterpiece also contains documentation related to the weekly periodical Hét [The Week]. Hét was a cultural periodical that was produced by CSEMADOK between 1956 and 1995. It was also one of the few periodicals that were in the Hungarian language.
