The Polish Institute and Sikorski Museum acquired the personal papers of Aniela Mieczysławska in 1998, the year of the Countess's death. The documents were processed by Wacław Milewski, former Keep of Archives in the institute. Milewski also prepared a finding aid, which lists and identifies the content of the collection.
