Zbirka rock i disco kulture u Rijeci Velida Đekića

Zbirka Velida Đekića sadrži gradivo koje svjedoči o počecima rock i disco kulture, ne samo na području grada Rijeke, nego i bivše Jugoslavije. Đekić je prilikom rada na publikacijama 91 decibel (2009.) i Red! River! Rock! (2013.) prikupio građu o mnogim riječkim glazbenim sastavima koji su djelovali od kraja 1950-ih pa do kraja 1980-ih i o mjestima okupljanja tadašnje omladine. Stoga ova zbirka svjedoči o jedinstvenoj povijesti rock’n’rolla iza Željezne zavjese.

Vidici - Journal

"Vidici" [Horizons] was one of the most prominent Yugoslav magazines for literature and culture. During the socialist period the journal was often targeted by the authorities and repeatedly banned, due to its criticism of the Communist party’s social and cultural policies. The magazine "Vidici" is kept as part of the collection "Periodicals", and does not represent a separate library unit. All the available numbers are kept in two institutions - the National Library of Serbia and the University Library of Belgrade.
